ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
  • Abstracts should not exceed 300 (three hundred) words and must be prepared in either Turkish or English using Microsoft Word.
  • A maximum of 2 figures, tables, or images may be included in the abstracts.
  • Following the title, the abstracts must include a section containing the authors' titles, full names, affiliations, and email addresses.
  • Abstracts should consist of the following sections: “Introduction and Aim, Method, Results, Conclusion.” For case reports, the sections should be titled “Introduction, Case, Discussion.”
  • References should not be included in the abstracts. Therefore, in-text citations should also be avoided.
  • At the end of the abstract, keywords related to the study (a maximum of 5) should be provided.
  • The submission must indicate the following
    • That the abstract has not been previously published or presented at any other conference, symposium, or scientific event;
    • The preferred presentation format (poster or oral) should be stated at the end of the text.
BİLDİRİLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

The evaluation will be conducted by the “Abstract Evaluation Committee” with the authors’ names, surnames, and institutions kept confidential. The results of the evaluation will be communicated to all authors via email in the form of a result letter. Participants who are selected to present must complete their congress registration by January 3, 2025, at the latest. Accepted and presented abstracts will be published online in the "Congress Proceedings Book."

POSTER HAZIRLAMA KURALLARI
  • Posters should be prepared in dimensions of 70 x 90 cm and should be legible from at least 1 meter away.
  • A font that is easy to read (e.g., Times New Roman, Arial, or Courier) should be used.
  • The title, author names, and address information should be written in font sizes between 26-40 points, while other sections should be at least 16-18 points.
  • Posters will be displayed on numbered boards in designated halls, as determined by the organizing committee.
  • The organizing committee staff will assist poster presenters with hanging their posters.
  • Presenters must be available at their posters at the times and for the duration specified in the programme.
