  • The above registration fee is subject to 20% VAT.
  • Registration fees include participation in scientific activities, congress bag, name badge, abstract book and certificate of attendance.
  • External Participation Fee: Participants who are not accommodated by the Congress Agency or who do not make their own accommodation arrangements must, in addition to the registration fee, pay the external participation fee of 350 EURO to the account of the Congress Agency in order to benefit from the services of the facilities and to be able to attend the sessions.

  • The above prices are for group transfers for arrival on 20 February and return on 23 February.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURES

Rezervasyon iptal taleplerinin kongre acentasına mail yoluyla cisef@figur.net bildirilmesi gerekmektedir. Mail yoluyla bildirilmeyen iptal talepleri işleme alınmayacaktır.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Congress Agency by e-mail to cisef@figur.net. Cancellation requests not received by e-mail will not be processed.
  • Registration, accommodation and transfer fees will be fully refunded for cancellations received by 3 January 2024.
  • Cancellations before 17 January will be subject to a 50% refund of the registration and transfer fee and a 50% refund of the accommodation fee.
  • Cancellation requests received after 17 January will not be refunded.
